Why Breath?
I teach Breath as a way to improve our standard of living and as a way to leave this planet a better place than when we received it. I provide my students with a unique experience that is catered to their individual needs.
When I am with my students, I am present to witness and respond to the exact needs using my gift as a yoga therapist. I am able to determine an effective approach for each individual's uniqueness because there is not a single solution to everybody or every problem. Each person's body, mind, and breath is different, and therefore warrants my one-on-one teaching approach or a small group.
Anyone can practice breath therapy, there is no age limit, “if you have breath you can do yoga.”
